Regular Lesson
A regular lesson, or season pass, is a weekly riding lesson in a specific riding group for the entire season. Regular lesson riders commit to attending their weekly lesson. A cancelled lesson (cancellation policy: lessons must be cancelled directly in Hopoti at least 24 hours before the scheduled riding lesson) can be replaced with a make-up lesson at the same or a lower level. The regular lesson price is only available for regular lessons booked before the season begins. Regular lessons include a booking fee which must be paid before the season begins and which will be deducted from the final invoices of the season.
Regular Lesson Prices
Group size maximum 7 riders.
Invoices for regular lessons are sent through Hopoti and must be paid by the due date or the regular lesson spot will be cancelled. Regular lessons can also be paid at the office before the next due invoice using EdenRed and Smartum cards or the EazyBreak and ePassi applications.
STABLE CARDS
Stable cards can be purchased through Hopoti or at the office using EdenRed and Smartum cards or the EazyBreak and ePassi applications. At the stable you can also pay with a debit or credit card. We can also send an invoice for the stable card by email, in which case the card can only be used after it has been paid. The payment must be visible in our account before the card can be used to pay for a lesson. You can order the card at info@espoontalli.fi
Single Lessons
Single lessons are booked through Hopoti.
BOOKING POLICY FOR SINGLE LESSONS
We kindly ask that you book your place for a lesson 24 hours in advance so that our instructors can reserve a horse for you. If you book a place for a lesson on the same day, please also call or send a text message to +358 40 3561099 (Elisa) so that we know to expect you and can reserve a horse for you.
CANCELLING A LESSON
Lessons cancelled at least 24 hours in advance can be replaced with a make-up lesson during the season. If the lesson has not been cancelled in time, we cannot compensate for the absence (this also applies to illness and other sudden obstacles). The missed lesson can also be replaced in advance.
The cancellation is binding, meaning that it cannot be reversed.
Cancellations and make-up lesson bookings are made in Hopoti.com. We do not accept cancellation notices sent by email or text message. Lesson cancellations must be made in our booking calendar 24 hours before the lesson begins. Lessons cancelled later than this will be charged at the lesson price or as one use from a 10-lesson card.
In case of a sudden obstacle, you may send a substitute rider in your place.
BOOKING A REPLACEMENT LESSON
replacement lessons are booked in Hopoti for a lesson at the same level or a lower level. Please note that replacement lessons must be used during the same season. In June we cannot accept replacement lessons from previous months.
